I promised this to LillithCrescent and it's taken me awhile to get it all done |D
Tutorials are hard to make.

I really hope it's easy to understand and everything, I've never been a good teacher. I don't even normally know how I reach outcomes in art, I just do things and it surprises me if/when they work ;v;

I think I was also asked to make a tutorial on how I do eyes awhile back. By April, I think? It's been a long time, so I don't even remember qq
If I'm right though, I may have other tutorials in the future

This tutorial is meant for and was drawn in Paint Tool SAI
I believe you could use it for Photoshop as well, but I honestly don't know about other art programs, as I haven't used them!
